Yes. I think we'll be diminished as a result of it, but understand and don't begrudge what seems to be a move towards a majority "Yes" vote.

I'm also disappointed by how crass, negative and patronising what I've seen of the "No" campaign has been.

Yeah, please go independent and I'll hop over the border to the better side (Scotland)

I want to go to university without burdening myself financially for the rest of my life.

But in all seriousness I think Scotland will be a lot better off in general on it's own. Way better.

I'll admit to being a 'YES' man
but as you say, it is hilarious watching the 'NO' or 'Better Together' campaign making a complete rats erse of it all..
If Cameron, Clegg and Milliband heading North plus Gordon Brown promising the world isn't panic...
If it turns out to be a ' NO' vote .we'll have had a good laugh at the last weeks panic..
I'm sure we will welcome you either way.

And all for the sake of a politicians ego! I feel sorry for the Scots if they believe all the guff fed to them by that handwringing self serving little toad Salmond. If they get a Yes and it all goes tits up, which is highly likely with companies over to England and the Scottish currency in meltdown he'll be shrugging his shoulders and claiming it's not his fault.

It's up to the Scots what they want to - I'm comfortable either way.

To my mind if there is a Yes vote they will end up replacing a somewhat benign English rule with diktats from Europe and the Multi-Nationals.

I think it's up to the Scots but would prefer it to be a "Yes" in the current referendum otherwise, if it's a relatively close vote, they'll have another one in a few years' time and I'm utterly sick to death of the whole subject already - I really don't want to have to sit through another round of months where all we seem to get on the news is relevant to only about 7% of the country.
