Ergon GP1 small or large

Hi

I want to get my wife some comfortable handlebar grips and was thinking of buying some ergon gp1 for her but I'm not sure if I should get the small or large.

She 5' 5" (almost)

Any suggestions?

I'd say small. I use the smaller specialized ergo grips and don't have especially small hands. Like them, cheaper than ergon too last time I looked
