Hi all. I'll be getting back out there in the near future after a few years away. I'm not an experienced cyclist though, so am looking forward to gaining some knowledge from the more experienced amongst you. I bought a ridley a few years ago as weight loss was a priority. Cycling improved my fitness but I soon got into running. I'm now hoping to combine the two.
