It's not theft. If I buy a something from you & you send me something else. You have 'given' me something. A small company or individual can not afford to make such dumb mistakes. The big places are the ones who make this kind of dispatch mistake.

Crap. You're making assumptions based on no evidence whatsoever. While we're on that tip, I'll assume that because you've been 'given' the wheels, you'd still contact the retailer and ask for the tyres.

I would email them and tell them that if they want them back, they would have to send a courier round to pick them up.
