I am planning to rest from the trauma of voting and will just ignore the result! 
Having rested on Friday, I intend to cycle over the Humber Bridge on Saturday with a bunch of fellow CycleChat members to celebrate the fact that there is a bridge in that location. (A proposed ride 100 metres to the east of the bridge was cancelled due to lack of interest ...) This ride is nothing to do with the EU, but this is a cycling forum not an EU forum, so tough!

Ha ha - I know that we still have road signs in miles/mph but I am 60 years old and I was taught in the metric system at school half a century ago, 7 years before we even joined the EU! It is time to adopt the logical option ...

I suspect that the headlines will be something like "Britain overwhelmingly says remain" or similar. Apart from on here, I don't actually know anyone who is voting to stay but I think that the government will spin the numbers to the way that they want the result to be. Lets face it, all the polling booths had pencils in them, not pens.
I might just be a cynic but have long held the belief that if a politicians lips are moving that lying is happening. If lips are not moving then it's lies in thought. I don't actually think that there is a straight arrow between the lot of them.
