Absolutely no idea at allLooks very similar to a lot of Vauxhalls. And a 44kwh battery ? Is it a very small car ?

No - it's a medium sized SUV. It seems to be being marketed as a cheap runaround SUV. There is an 83kwh model in the works which will increase range from 180 miles to 250 miles. The base model is only £18 to £20k though which makes it quite affordable. It's limited to 100kwh charging speed so not the fastest to refuel either.Looks very similar to a lot of Vauxhalls. It's about what I get in an ID4 Pro.250 miles from 83 kWh?! That’s awful!

3 mi/kWh?! That’s like the EV version of a gas guzzler!
Disappointingly - yes. I suspect that Vauxhall, like Volkswagen are using stock parts rather than going to the extra cost that companies like Tesla have gone to to create stuff specifically for EV.
For example if you try to jump start an ICE car from a Tesla, your Tesla will likely die as it will kill the 12v battery. In the ID4 not a problem because the 12v battery is the same one they use in their ICE cars and weighs about 16kg. Tesla now use lithium ones that weigh <10kg.
The streamlining coefficient of a Tesla is usually around 0.2, the ID4 is 0.28.
Finally, Tesla constantly monitor their battery software and release updates that improve things. VW barely update anything.
My EV is made from an ICE platform but manages an official 4.3 mi/kWh and I routinely exceed 5 in the summer. It has a small traction battery though, which helps with efficiency (and handling/performance) but limits range.
Wow! What do you have?

That is why switching to active travel should be priority government policy.3 mi/kWh?! That’s like the EV version of a gas guzzler!

Wednesday 10th
During a short break in Norfolk. we had a trip to Norwich
We were told there's a 'Park & RIde', & the closest to our location/easiest travelling was at Sprowston
To our surprise, it was £3 return, then.....
When we got on, the driver told us it was £2 return, as we were together, a 'Duo' as he phrased it!!!
(the only car-park we saw was about £6 for 3 hours!!)
And, it was an electric bus!!
