Evans Christmas catalogue plopped onto my door mat yesterday. I eagerly had a leaf through it and was immediately struck by the prices. Maybe I'm out of date with prices but a promo coffee mug for £9? usually I get them foisted on me for free at trade shows! A plastic heart rate monitor for £179? A cheapo Decathalon looking helmet that is "all about race weight maximum ventillation and complete comfort" (nevermind protection) for £130!...Jeeze, let's hope the January sales will be more tempting before the VAT hike!
