Nearly got kicked out of Knowlsley Safari Park after I attempted to wrestle a giraffe at the viewing platform! I'm sorry, but we were at head level and it seemed to me the natural thing to do was to grab the horns and hold on tight. The keepers stood nearby disagreed.....

I had a giraffe get very curious when I was in my pram or pushchair at Flamingo land. Apparently my sisters were concerned was going to be eaten. I have no memory of the incident so cant attest as to how close its head got to me, other than the fact that the chubby Yorkshire baby/toddler was unharmed.
