One of the conditions of marrying my wife was that I had to get a cat. Having never owned a pet bigger than a goldfish, it was a big change for me. After 7 years, looking back I have grown to really like Fred the cat. Indeed, he seems to come to me more than my wife for his strokes and sleeps on my side of the bed.

So, I agree - everyone should have a pet.

If your looking for a pet consider a Greyhound, there are loads out there with a date with a baseball bat looming, they make great pets naturally fit, don't get fat, and they got a proper doggy face(even though they are hounds)only my opinion but there cant be a better looking dog than a good looking Greyhound..

save one today --or more like tomorrow now!!

Some lovely yaminals on here. Loving Angus, Noods. Panter, Bob looked like a really cracking dog.

Couple of pics of Ellie a week on from when we first had her. She has definately got the old paws under the table and has filled out a bit. Starting classes Saturday to learn some manners and decorum around other dogs ;) Chipped, tagged and now all ours

Noodley, are these 'house' cats, or do they go out ?

Left to right: never been out, goes out with me for a walk around the garden, goes out on her own and stays close to the house but ventures into the field which surrounds our house. Our house and surrounding area is a bit of a building site at present. We plan on building an outside run once our extension is built as we had to knock down the previous one to make way for the extension.

We took Ollie to her first show last month at the request of her breeder and she loved the attention and did very well winning best of breed and a Premier certificate and we have entered Angus in a show as well to see if he likes it. But first and foremost all our cats are family cats so fun and cuddles are the most important thing.
