Last weeks 'first collective' photo was a bit of a 'we are on the same bed but not really sleeping together' moment. One week on it's a jumble of cats....

they obviously get along real well.

Mine are always fighting.
Peanut is the neighbourhood tom and rules the outside spaces but Boo (aka lardarse) is boss in the house.
Bit like marriage really

She even sprays up territory in the garden just like a male cat  really weird to see.

Do your cats talk a lot noodley ?

Only when they have something to say

They tend to be fairly relaxed, I was a bit worried that I had 'lost' my wee Ollie as she went a bit 'non Ollie' after Angus arrived. Rosie had a huff which I expected, but Ollie was okay with him but just not herself at all with me. But she has now returned to being "my wee girl' and I am pleased as I was starting to think bringing Angus into the equation had changed her...and that was not what I wanted xx( So I am very pleased with this week's progress.

By last weekend they were tolerating each other but a week later they are getting on really well (hence my pic). 3 is a much better number of cats to have than 2....we have had 2 cats for years and it seemed 'the ideal number' but 3 is better.

....I wonder how much better 4, 5, 6 etc would be

That's an excellent photo.

3 cats are :rain:

Although my three have some funny ideas about their own personal space in regard to each other, but that might be down to just one of them

I reckon more would upset the applecart.

I can comment on 7. Chaos, pure catly chaos. Especially when they all get cat flu and need to be kept in. The vet comes out in that scenario. 7 cats with cat flu = vet visitation and much flying of innoculated fur.

7 cats crackle ? how do you keep any sanity ?:rain:

They were great fun. No cats now Peanut, only the dog, haven't had a cat for some 10 years, eldest is still allergic.
