Former Labour MP Ron Davis has been filmed apparently placing obstructions across a path legitimately used by mountain bikers. Mr Davis resigned a few years ago following a series of sex scandals -

I've never seen him when the FNRttC stops on Clapham Common a few minutes after leaving Hyde Park Corner. He certainly didn't block cycle paths there.
