I know this may sound bad but the news reports say no one was seriously injured.
Had the best ride home tonight. There was an accident on the M2 and both carriageways were closed so all the traffic had to come down the A2 which is the road I take home and it was so nice as the cars were not moving. I am not exaggerating when I say on my 7.5 mile ride I saw 500 yards of movement from cars (road works on the road as well). Being able to ride past them all whilst they were all just sitting there gave me such a smug feeling. It took me an extra 15 mins to get home and wouldn't be surprised if it took the cars and extra 2 hours.
Was one of those days you cant beat being on a bike
