Exercise keeps you looking younger

    Half an hour of exercise, (to get you out of breath), for 5 days a week, will leave you looking 9 years younger.
    Its according to a study of twins:

    Well thats my morning commute then.

    I do more than an 1/2 hour excercise most days, if that's keeping me looking younger than I am then I dare not stop to see what happens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    2 hours a day here, 2 and a half three days of the week

    there must come a point when you start looking tired and haggard?

    the weight loss and fitness must account for most of it

    Genuine - according to a report I read a few months ago.

    I'd rather cycle tho (never tried the other)
