I've still got sore legs from the weekend (long walk). Quads feel like theyve got marbles in!

Tonight is gym night, should I still go or should I be resting?
 
A long hot bath, would be my recommendation.

I'm sure many amateur and professional sportsmen find themselves still sore from one game or event to the next. From personal experience, I found as long as I stretched adequately and warmed up and down properly I never have any problems. Easy session as everyone says or concentrate on the muscle groups not affected.

It's called a recovery ride innit? Normally great to get out and spin all the muck out of your pins. Just keep the HR low and controlled.
