if your dogs are on the lead and it's a public place, there's no need for that scenario to occur…

I live in Crawley. I am a cyclist and raced at a very high level. Cyclists who use shared footpaths are a menace. Get on the road!

What are you on about mate? The Worth Way is part on the National Cycle Network! For the record; I'm a very considerate cyclist, I just wish that all dog owners could excersize as much control over their pooch as I do my bike. As for your wheelchair jibe - whatever floats your boat. Yawn.
