Got given some Rapha vouchers for a pressie. Tried to use them yesterday and it turns out they've expired (6m period from original purchase). Anyone have any experience of trying to persuade sellers to honour expired vouchers? Can't help feeling it's a bit of wheeze with sellers reckoning that a good portion of vouchers will expire before being redeemed.

Found an article on it, but it doesn't seem that the courts have ever given any guidance...

Anyhow, anyone with Rapha vouchers - use 'em quick!

That reminds me, we were given some Garden Centre vouchers as a wedding present, wonder if they've gone to seed yet...

Just checked Rapha's website which says vouchers are valid for 12m (although vouchers themself say 6). The vouchers were bought about 10 months ago. Time for an e-mail to Rapha.

What you gonna get DP, the cheapest thing they've got is a Rapha hankie for £90?

Was going to get a jersey! The thing that's most annoying is that most of Rapha's productgs are permanently "out-of-stock". Seems a bit rich to have a 6m expiry when you can't actually buy anything during that period.

E-mail sent to Rapha. Let's see what they say.

Result! Just had an e-mail to say that Rapha will send me new voucher codes; good on 'em.
