Extra wide front pannier racks

Hi guys. I'm new here having just bought my first bike in 10 years.
I'm kitting it out for of road touring and I'm trying to find a front pannier rack that will fit my wide forks. I'm not with my bike while I write this but I reckon the forks are about 200mm wide and the one's I've bought don't fit.
The supplier has told me I can send them back for a refund but I'm wondering if I should just keep them and make them fit. Or does anyone know of a manufacturer that specialises in wide forks for gravel bikes.

Nick, I'm far from a technical person and probably not able to offer much help but I'm pretty sure those that can help would appreciate knowing what bike and current rack you have. Probably the brand/specs of the fork. Accurate measurements would help too. Also how it is mounted - braze-ons, hub, whatever.
There are alternatives to racks, depending on what you're expecting to carry such as drybags mounted directly on the forks.

Failing that a search on Google or YouTube has often been educational for me.

Good luck

Some front panniers like Tubus Duo, fit separately on each side, width no object.
Personally, I prefer the Tara style as stiffer and more secure with the wheel hoop joining both sides.
What are your mounting options?

have a look at Old Man Mountain racks... made for MTB use.
Beat me to it,have the racks they do all the widths up to fat tyres. Only problem is that they are spendy as you need a fitting kit. SJS cycles sell them my front rack was bought years ago. Fitting kit was included as it was just QR version before the bolt thro axles became popular. Rear rack ,i just bought the rack and a friend made up the fitting brackets to fit out of stainless steel , a big saving as i did not buy an expensive kit.

Thanks guys. Old Man Mountain seems perfect for me, even down to a very specific fitting guide so I don't make the same mistake twice. Perfect 😁

Yeah they're not cheap... i was lucky as i found an unused front rack (same as yours) on Ebay for £40, a little less than half the price at the time.

Well guys, do you want to see what 240 quid got me!
Well it was hassle. They recommend that I go to the British supplier which I thought was great. So I cancelled the order with them and went to the other place which wanted to charge £50 more than buying from America. So, back to Old Man Mountain to re-place my order.
After some annoying questions from me to truly make sure that it is right one, they sent it out and I've just fitted it. What palaver eh!

Thanks for coming back to update.
I have an OMM front rack too, although believe my model is discontinued.
I have found it to be as tough as the proverbial old boots.
Well wear

That looks like the longer rear rack? No wonder its rip off UK , they have a EU place in Spain.
Due to the brexit piss cant buy from them and they are cheaper than SJS ,was thinking about the Elkhorn ones for my tour/packing bike.
