There where some rule changes to the maximum height that the front nose cone can be, which has lead to some ugly looking cars!

Well i love F1 and i cant wait for the new season to start!!!! and yes sometimes it can be boring, but then so can most sports at times!!

Most driver aids (traction control, launch control, electronic braking, differential locking etc) have all been banned and I would say that a turbo is a driver aid.
