I don't post anything about my private life on Facebook, I used it entirely for work or other public activities, even though I have my privacy settings on maximum. There is a link on my Facebook page to my training blog (not updated very recently anyway) for those who are really interested, but Facebook isn't having the stuff I post there.

it's amazing how naive some people are telling the world then they are home alone, on holiday, they bought an expensive car, electronic, etc.... practically opening their private life to the world.

Yep agreed, look at the spate of Facebook parties recently. Not on myself, too many people would find me !!!!!

I'm the opposite... loads of my workmates are on, and use it for work, but I won't have work intruding on my private life :-) I don't do the "I'm having a cup of tea" stuff, but use it for sharing links to music, photos, the odd funny thing I've found, cycling maps etc. Nothing very private, and also have privacy settings on max. One thing I've learned is don't get on there and try to be funny when you've had a few bevvies.

I seldom go on Facebook. My privacy settings are on max and my connections are family and friends only. I don't discuss work etc.
