Family cycling holiday suggestions?

Would really appreciate suggestions for a 7-10 day family cycling holiday in England.

Four of us, with the youngest member being our 13 year daughter. She successfully complete the 250 mile coast and castle route from Newcastle to Edinburgh last year, averaging 30-40 miles a day. So something similar and not too hilly would be great?

The Pennine Cycleway from Derby to Berwick is a great ride of around 300 miles. Check the profiles carefully as it is hilly as you’d expect but there is a lot of rolling country as well.
