I'm usually the first to moan and let people know if I'm on the end of bad customer service, so i thought I'd give credit where it's due.
I ordered a pair of bib shorts from sportspursuit a couple of weeks ago, when I got back from this mornings ride I noticed the stitching on the pad was coming away. I emailed sports pursuit and they replied back within 10 min, after a few back and forth emails a refund was issued within the hour.They don't even want the shorts back so hopefully they can be repaired.
