Evans cycles customer service phone number?

Hello
I just wondered if anyone else had made the same mistake as me and bought something from Evans cycling website. The shops are great from my experience but customer service for online purchases is non-existent - chatbots and holding emails. I am despairing as they sent me the wrong bike but won't even engage with me. Any phone number I find on google does not work so i wondered if anyone had one. I wish I would have paid more and just used my local shop. If you can't buy it from their store I would avoid them at all costs

thanks, unfortunately it is through the cycle to work scheme so trying to do an exchange rather than refund
