I thought it was a great opening episode and BBT was excellent. Looking forward to the rest of it and it was curtailed my mourning for the end of "True Detective".

Which is nice.

Orphan Black season 2 starts on the 30th April on BBC3 from what I've heard.

Thanks, found it on the BBC website Freesat only finds stuff up to 7 days away, so I have to wait 'til tomorrow to programme it

Watched it last night on 4od and thought it was v.good. Better than watching the ACTUAL broadcast of course because you can whizz through the adverts and get straight to the meat. 6/10.

Agreed.. I thought it was very good, really kept the tension up. Thinking Gus or Molly were going to get killed by Malvo... so many dramas like this deliberately fail to tie up all the loose ends, and can be very disappointing, but this one did so perfectly.

As close to the devil as makes no odds I reckon, although I'd have thought he had Lester's soul pretty quickly. Was quite surprised at who didn't die in the last episode as we were waiting for the hammer to drop on all of them. Really liked what they did with the Gus & Molly relationship (including Greta & Lou) and the 1 year on wipe a couple of episodes was just so nicely done.

It was the third time before I really got hooked but, when you do, wow!

Had to convince wife to watch Fargo but once we started she was hooked, had 6 on the PVR by then. It's odd to be waiting for the next episode of something.

Getting her to watch the film is the next job.

I missed the penultimate episode due to being in France with the Fridays, so I've only just caught up with that and the final episode on 4oD. Wow, it didn't disappoint! Immaculate writing and acting I thought, and creepy tension that rose and fell in classic Coen Brothers style to the bloodthirsty but satisfying conclusion.

There's talk of another one, but a different story obvs - the Minnesota Crime Book could be mined indefinitely ... maybe?

I watched the whole series thanks to your original post, and I really enjoyed it - thanks! In fact, I told a TV-less friend about it and she came round every Sunday and watched it with me.

I time-slipped every episode so we could skip the ads and concentrate on the programmes.

Now I will get back to watching Mad Men. (I was given the first 5 series on DVD for my birthday.) I was saying to someone older than me that the sexism and the smoking of the characters were OTT, but they assured me that things actually were that bad in the early 1960s!

I was the same with The Sopranos. I didn't start watching it until after the end of the final series and I nearly gave up after a few episodes, but then I really got into it. After that I watched one or more episodes a night until I had seen them all.

I want to go back and give The Wire another go. I was quite enjoying the first series but then real life got in the way and I stopped watching it.
