They inevitably became pregnant and often had difficulty given birth. So they would strap the Woman to a canon and fire it! The child was then known as 'A Son Of A Gun'!

(If it makes you feel better, I once built an Airfix kit of an Angel Interceptor thinking it was real aircraft. I later found out it was from a Gerry Anderson puppet series. Funny thing was that it did not feel right aerodynamically when you span it around).

I think it was that all Europeans can be traced back to a single woman from Africa, but there were other migrations to elsewhere from which those races descend.

My first thought was that there was an awful lot of incest going on in those days, but then there would have to be.

he says that it is everyone who is not from Sub-Saharan Africa. Whether this is true or not I've no idea. And, yes, that does suggest that the incest taboo wasn't quite as strong as it is now
