That's the latest toilet seat for people who suffer with the terrible affliction of constipation, you can tell by the new ergonomic multi hand hold positions on the rim, the designers have put a lot of thought into it. You can have the heated seat version or the royal deluxe one advertised (in the original picture) supplied with a pubic hair trimmer.

I think it's a brilliant advertisement, if you've ever thought about being force to sh@t on the royals
