It sounds interesting. But I cannot download the app as I live in Denmark.

Have you tried? If I vpn into Denmark I can still download the app. There doesn't appear to be anything in the app that needs an NHS number or UK address.

I would like to lose about 10kg in the new year.

I am looking into fasting apps. But there is too much choice and I do not know which to pick.

Is anyone using a fasting app or have a family member who is and can offer some advice?

Just do the 18-6 rule. Eat healthy and weight will fall off once you get past the carbo flu which lasts about 2 weeks

There was a bit on the radio this morning, up to 50% of the weight you lose is muscle, not fat, especially if you try to lose weight too quickly. You can mitigate that with exercise, but if people take weight loss drugs because they don't want to exercise......

Short-term diets tend not to work long-term, as people tend to revert to old eating habits once the diet is finished.

We found the Zoe nutrition app far more effective - it changed our eating patterns without ever feeling restricted. Weight gradually slips off.
