I've considered that but decided to keep the original fabrik saddle on it for now.
You can't really notice as it is such a small detail but I've fitted Swisstop brake pads purely because they are dual compound red and black. 😉
I usually ride my Orange /Black M6L and notice the difference when switching to the S bars, it always feels a bit precarious at first until I get used to it again.
I've got some Joseph Kuosac mid rise bars which would take the height of the CHPT3 up to the same as that of the standard M bars. It would need new cables and as of yet it's something I've not got round to.
