What's yours?

I am deeply embarrassed to admit in public that I have just bought the double CD set of ABBA's greatest hits.

However, I have just done an hour session on the TT and I have to say that really enjoyed it. It took me back 30+ years when I remember listening to Dancing Queen when it was first released. ;)

Yep, CD!

At least with the CD the wife can play it her car,

But yes, one day I might even get around to getting one of those new fancy gadgets.;)

CD!!!!

Where's yer 8 track cassette?

But it's a good question, and I think I'll have to get some tracks sorted out for when I get the turbo set up, which I hope will be soon.

I'm sure I get work out a routine for AC/DC - although an hour of that would have me unable to walk.

You are so last year..

I think you'll find my new pert-bottomed rubber-panted Eastern European with a well-groomed moustache is the cutting edge of heart rate measurement.

PS Have a Tacx.... great....but it's noisy as hell..

Plus side - IF and a BIG..... IF...I use it, it's in the garage, at low temps and I need a fan on full blast....... in just shorts and a top.......drip ....drip......

Inside 15+C training....no chance................

I also have an in-built hatred of the things...............

These days, only have it if I get a broken bone...... been there.... !

Mine is also a Tacx, but the "Flow" model, it was quite expensive, but like things in life you get what you pay for I guess.

It is very quiet though and the display head shows HR, cadence and watts, as well as speed and distance etc.

Its my third Tacx trainer over the years, and its just about as real to riding on the road as you could imagine.
