Returning to the original subject of the thread ... anything drum & bass: 170bpm / 2 is 85 rpm, so the tempo is about right for me. Hospital mixes are good

No way.........:laugh:

Don't get me wrong I hate riding the dam thing, but its a necessary evil really. If due to poor weather conditions I don't get to ride my bike for a few days then I feel so much better for a blast on it.

Plus, its also good at keeping your weight in check over the winter months. :laugh:

I was on the turbo yesterday afternoon with Bob Marley on the MP3 player. Normally I would be listening to one of these, The Rolling Stones, Deep Purple, Judas Priest, Hendrix, Black Sabbath or Bon Jovie.

I've recently become addicted to Faith no More's King for a day, fool for a lifetime...... album when on't turbo. Very, very heavy. Good stuff.

^ have you tried the remixes of Album of the Year?

I ain't got no turbo but it sounds like it might be suited.
