It's the time of year.Despite the wonderful sun and blue skies.When it's dark and murky i go down into the dumps.

Nothing seems to cheer me up.When the lighter nights come zap it goes.

Postman! Like me (and LOTS of other people) you're suffering from SAD (which you probably know)!

If not, have a look at this and maybe you can make things easier for yourself:

I try and find sun and warmth during the winter months, but it isn't always a viable solution.
