Feeling a bit fed up today

I feel a bit fed up everyday (working) day

I used to have a sunbed in the house, but a few years ago, decided despite looking better with a tan, it was healthier to be white, so white I am.

Think I felt better with a tan though, albeit my sunbed was not the same as the SAD lamps

Dayvo thanks .Best thing is it passes.But i have often wondered does it get worse as you get older.Cos at the mo i am a bit cranky.(59).
