We've got (supposedly) 76Mb from BT and for most of the time it's been something like that. But just before Christmas it dropped off, never more than 54MB and sometimes into single figures.
BT bloke came, spent an hour fettling and got us back up into the low 70's but said he'd need to get something done at the exchange over the next day or two.
Next morning two different BT bods were doing something at the box in the street and we went off completely for about an hour - they disappeared before it came back on and it hasn't gone above 54MB since. I'm still waiting for a call back from BT (other matters have prevented me chasing it up)...
It's a shame as up until this I'd have recommended them to anyone, but not now.
That said, we can still have half a dozen devices running at 50MB and it doesn't miss a beat. We had a barbecue last summer and there were at least 12 different devices logged onto the wi-fi, including streaming music and it all worked without any issues
