Did anyone watch this last night on BBC1. 2nd part is on tonight.

As a Glaswegian I thought it was pretty poor and the acting verging on terrible at times.

Also a few bloopers in there as well. The main one being the female lead said to her colleague something about him looking like Don Johnson in a Miami Vice reference. This drama is set in 1984 but yet Miami Vice never aired in the UK until 85!!!

I think 'poor' is a bit strong, but I agree that I found it curiously flat, largely due to some lacklustre acting. But it wasn't terrible, and I'll be watching Pt 2 tonite.
