Filey, flat routes?

So I'm off to Filey for a while, I may or may not have acquired a bicycle.....

I'm thinking while there it might be worthwhile trying my comeback, I'm getting stronger and stronger each day now.

But the last time I went, I remember it wasn't very...... Flat...... And I NEED to avoid stresssing my body because if the risk of parallasis until I and the specialist understand fully how these experimental meds are working.

Any flat routes around there? Ideally 5-10 miles and on quiet roads for now.

Not sure of any flat routes around Filey, but if you're stuck get the train down to Driffield & head east

Round the country park might be a sensible start. Then there's the inland country routes - just avoid dropping down to the sea front.
