Films that massively disappointed......

Many moons ago i watched Gattaca and thoroughly enjoyed it... watched it again a year or two later, still good... bought the DVD the other week... utter pants

I was feeling a bit shattered last night, so perhaps it was not the best time to try and watch my recording of Synecdoche, New York ...

I gave up halfway through, and deleted it!

The neighbour found a dongle type thingie on the road - no porn but Skyfall was on it so it must have been thrown away on purpose .

This. Skyfall was utter shiiiiiite!. The bit at the end making bombs with lightbulbs was like the A team, also the villain was rubbish, hardly any cars and only one Bond girl although in fairness she was tremendous!

Skyfall was huge improvement on Quantum of Solace (IMO).. that really did disappoint me!

The Shining and The Exorcist. I recall all the hype about them, massively disappointing. Ok'ish films but they fail to live up to the hype.

Certainly another classic case of mega-hype undermining an average film, it's most likely in my Top Ten Crash & Burns

I thought the film could of been made longer, but agree, the ending was pants, rest of the film was good.

That pirate film with Geena Davis, the one that bankrupted the film company, which had previously made lots of money from the Robocop, Total Recall and Terminator films.
Although I cannot recall any good pirate based films.
