Well not long back from a 30mile spin . Done the same route as last time as to see how much faster i was and I was a whopping 29min faster and I had actually stoped for 5min to answer a phone call while clock was still ticking. So done last run in 2h30m this was 2h1m. Well chuffed I am even tho I got a puncture 40min In . What a bike ,thought it would have took ages to get used to a road bike but it's a peice of cake .
