If you were signaling to turn right, you still would have to give way to the bus if it entered the RAB first.
I would even go as far as to say that if you know this stretch of road well you should be aware that the bus would be going straight on.

Obviously, the driver being on a mobile phone is wrong but other than that I also see no wrong in this vid.

Where is this post going. Nobody apart from the OPer can see anything wrong with the video.
