First commute home in the light yesterday

4:15, mind you I do start at 7:30 so I don't get a light morning commute until late

Nope, 4:15. I have the type of job when it is noticed if you leave early and the public are stood outside wanting to get in

It surprised me as well, but officially the first light commute where I could see where I was going without lights

Wasn't dark when I left work in Edinburgh Park yesterday at 4.15, but by the time I was a third of the way into the journey it was most definitely night-time !

I set off at 6.00am every morning, so it'll be a while before I have a full-daylight ride in !

Mar 4th is when I reckon that it will be daylight for my whole ride, both in and out, I set off at 6.50 and come back at 4pm.

I've noticed it lighter when I pick the kids up from school. It's a great feeling, isn;t it.

Think I'll be commuting in the dark both ways for a while yet... in work at 7.30 leave at 5.30

My commute isn't bad - dark setting out in the am, but getting light towards work - I think it will be the long route again now it's warming up. Dusk setting out on Friday at 4.40pm so not bad.

I got off the train at Falkirk on Fri at around 4.20 pm and although I started the journey home without lights, they were switched on after no more than a mile or so. It will be nice to have a nice daylight commute, but most nights I am not home till 7pm so it will be a few weeks or possibly months before that is possible.
