Went out today with a group of riders from bournemouth arrows plus other clubs today. Overall including getting there and back did 71 miles with an average of 18.1 
Am well chuffed! Never thought Id be able to keep up but it wasnt too bad. It was amazing the concentration needed riding in a group going at that speed. Did my turn in the wind from time to time too.
