First half century for years

Some of the group i went out with on Wednesday are doing the Sunday run this week. An 8.30 set off and 70 to 80 miles means i might give it a miss. I think i'll break myself in gradually and stick to the more sedate Wednesday runs for a while. Plus it has to be wet and windy!

Yes the 28 tooth cassette is a lot better than the 25. Though not quite as "back up in case" as a triple,
