Got a candidate for the darwin award shouting "Homo !!" across the works car park at me at 3 am this morning as i came out in full Mamil mode,
I did not even bother to reply as any response to such idiots would either confuse or enrage them.

When i do reply to such comments its normally along the lines of..

"Are you 10 years old? then stop acting like you are and grow up"

If you went over, identified who it was and told them you would be on to HR the following day I suspect they may do a little wee wee in their pants.

It wasn't a criticism, nor a personal attack.

Essentially, people who name call in that way, need to be put firmly in their place. No way should anyone expect a work colleague to use such derogatory remarks.
