Thanks very much Davo, yeah i'm loving it so get out as much as i can......although i did significantly lapse during the crap weather , but trying to make up for it now !
Aye that guy was pushing his bike up the hill but i'm glad to report i did'nt have to resort to that, although i was very very tempted in the last 4 miles where they decided to stick a bloody long hill of about 2 miles in length with some parts of it hitting 13%....there were plenty walking up that i can tell you ha ha
