So I am nearly there, 3 weeks to go and I just need to get the last few things ready before I ride. Having ungraded the brakes on my bike ( a giant ocr 3), a new wheel set is in the post and some 25 tyres are somewhere ready to be fitted.
I just have one problem, I have a carradice camper longflap, huge bag, won't use half of its capacity but I got it as I may use it for longer rides in the future. Anyway I need to get a support for it. Carradice offer standard and quick release systems in two sizes. My saddle, a nice comfy wtb rocket, has no loops to attach anything to, so are there any ways around this that will fit my saddle, or should I just go for the QR system?
