First tour

Im doing my first tour tomorrow , nothing grand but a big step for me . Doing the Devon ctc starting in Plymouth and stopping in Okehampton Sat night then on to Ilfracombe Sunday . Wanted to go today but my panniers didnt arrive till 4 pm today from wiggle , the idea being get the train to Barnstaple , cycle to Ilfracombe then head back to Croyde and camp for the night but heyho . Never cycled more than 30 miles in a day ever so the thought of doing 60 miles ish on consecutive days fills me with dread but im so excited im like a little kid . Maybe try camping next weekend in the South Hams if i survive this , haha !!!

Well done Jerry ... i plan to ride the Devon c2c this year although i'l be cycling from East Devon to Ilfracombe then do the c2c and then cycle back home from Plymouth
