so may have to suss a workout out to follow. Any recommendations?

You don't need DVDs to train effectively.

10min warm up, followed by
20sec v.hard effort, followed by 10sec rest x10 (ie 5mins worth)
5min warm down

That session only takes 20mins in total, but it's very effective if done properly at the right intensity. Do that 2/3 times a week for a few weeks and your fitness will be coming on nicely.

Well did an hour on it this morning. Just getting used to it and thoroughly enjoyed myself!!! So the next one is seriously workout time and cranking up the resistance!! Plus ordered hubbys rollers today so have the fun of trying to master those too!! Happy days!!
