I've had a few close calls that I've videoed recently. This is by no means the worst. (The others not uploaded due to operator ineptitude).
Coming down King Street towards west deeping I was passed by the first two cars safely. However the third one ended up forcing the oncoming white car to brake hard and head to the side of the road. I didn't feel threatended as I was given plenty of room. I don't think that would have been the case if the white car hadn't taken avoiding action.
Now I was going to deal with this myself. But it happened in Lincolnshire and Icannot (data protection ) get the Registered owner details. Lincs as usual won't deal because I'm a police officer and should put the package together first. Typical.

I've had a few overtakes like that lately, folk giving me lots of room but straight into opposing traffic Folk seem to be particularly caught out when its not a single cyclist but a small group.

I had one of these last night - they seemed to want a new Metrobus red paint scheme.

Obviously the overtaking driver had spotted the cycle rack on the oncoming car and therefore decided they were also cyclists, so wouldn't object to stopping to let them through and avoid wiping you out

Maybe a faster memory card might solve the slow frame rate.

It always amazes me that a motorist has so little concern about the safety of him/her self, the occupants of the oncoming vehicle, or the cyclist. How can you act with so little concern?

Film speed was set at half because I'm a numpty with software... Camera is a cheap 30pfs Actioncam 3... Seems to be doing ok. But if it shows it's worth then I'll upgrade when I have some spare cash.

I bought an ATC2K from Amazon. Recently I broke the mount (my fault) so had to use a lot of selotape to fix it. And now the lense has snapped off so it works but doesnt record anything. It cost me £50 as well.
Upgrading to a contour HD though.
