Ice here for at least the last 2 weeks. Rain just starting to chase it away today.

Yes, 2 weeks I accept, not 4 months I’m sure...that said the OP is in Glasgow where it has been known to rain and be cold...a warm sunny dry weather only bike might not have been the most logical investment

If he is from his name sake, he will have been riding in salt every week this year. Minus 8 I think was the coolest so far but I've had to rinse my bike after every trip for weeks now.

On and off, yes, it has, first time I got the ice bike out was at the beginning of November.
