Carry on (with a 'don't sue me' proviso of 'if conditions are safe to do so'! ) Speed limits don't apply to cycles as they only apply to motor vehicles. If appropriate, there are offences of careless cycling, but a photo from a speed camera wouldn't be enough for that.

Well if I do get caught, I will pay the fine, frame the penalty certificate and hang it on my wall.
Will I have to declare it when I apply for car insurance.

I've found one in Leicester were it is possible to get over 30mph, think the best I've done was either 31 or 33mph through it, no flash though
