Unfortunately I can't make this one, they really should be more considerate when scheduling half term.

Simon, I wish you well and hope your recovery to full fitness is swift.

Shame 4F and I can't make this ride or we could have greeted them when they arrived at the Cafe.

Simon Get well soon.

Uh oh! It's the fatketeers....hang on, let me finish this packet of crisps and I'll join youse...
Powerful upper leg strength and age - that's all I'll put it down to...

mistral - Whitstable is THE ideal place for a short half-term break (ie: Saturday  )

I wasn't 'cos of other commitments, then I was 'cos that got cancelled, now I'm not sure as the lure of a ticket to the track world cup in Manchester is strong. Not sure working Friday, followed by an overnight ride, a train journey and about 450 miles of driving is a good combo for safety.

Best wishes for an intervention of the non-surgical kind.

Dellzeqq's gone quiet today! Do you think the Scary Men With Scalpels have advanced? ;)

no-no. I've been to the doc's, and then to the barber's. And then waited in for BT Openreach to come and fix the socket destroyed by a passing vacuum cleaner. So life is really interesting....

Spoke to Kieran today, and he's looking forward to seeing us (or, more probably, you). And Mark is looking forward to seeing us at the end of November, although he did put an entirely reasonable lower limit of 25 on the ride, which I'm sure we can muster.

Hello! Sounds riveting. Hope you're feeling a bit better.
