I'm looking for foldable bike trailer. There is what appears to be an ideal one used in the US as part of a Brompton travel system. But as they get it from Germany I wondered if it was available in the UK. Does anyone recognise it?

The closest I know of is the Carry Freedom City:

Thanks, but £270 v $135 is a bit steep ...

...but quality!

There are a lot of cheaper trailers out there, it was just that this was closest to the design you posted.

The cheapest "folding trailer" is the Edinburgh Coop BoB lookalike

The Avenir Mule is OK too at just shy of £90

It does fold up flat though base is solid so no folding further than base size

Pros: Easy to fit rear lights (smart light brackets fit the side frames), Cheap and cheerful, folds up and wheels drop out to store flat.

Cons: Really needs some reinforcement along the sides to prevent load slipping and the sides rubbing the tyres. (bold to emphasise the one serious weakness to the extent that modification is necessary). Bearing-less pram wheels, not really up to longer distances
